FLUX 3D Printer Series
Fortify’s FLUX Series 3D printers are designed to have unmatched print quality and reliability of filled photopolymers.
Features Include:
The FLUX CORE system, powered by CKM, is the industries’ first 3D printing platform for developing and printing particle filled and high viscosity resins. Early applications for the FLUX CORE include filled materials with tunable electromagnetic response for RF (radio frequency) applications.
For RF applications, a unique low-loss polymer is blended with specialty tunable dielectric additives for printing graded architectures. The high viscosity and fill levels of these materials are a natural fit with the FLUX CORE.

Fortify’s FLUX ONE printers incorporate CKM and Fluxprint Z two proprietary technologies that enable engineering additives to be incorporated and aligned for optimized performance in 3D printed tooling applications.
Fortify’s 3D printed mold tooling sets the new standard for 3D printed mold inserts for quick-turn, prototyping and low-volume injection molding applications. With ceramic fiber reinforcement, tools have much higher strength, stiffness, temperature, stability, and toughness.

Fortify’s FLUX 3D incorporates CKM to keep fibers in suspension, and Fluxprint 3D for 360 degree fiber alignment using magnetics. This unprecedented level of control opens the aperture for material properties such as optimized stress profiles and directed thermal conductivity. Key applications for the FLUX 3D include thermal management devices and high performance industrial connectors.
3D alignment enables complex thermal pathways to be patterned into complex parts for applications such as heat sinks, heat exchangers, and high-performance industrial connectors.
