This 3D printed mold geometry featuring complex features was used to compare the different 3D printing technologies for mold tools.
Fortify’s 3D printed tools, printed on the FLUX ONE printer, are fiber-reinforced,
giving them an edge against competitive 3D printed tools. Fortify tested this out
with a mold geometry that had many difficult features (Image to the right).
The results are in the table below.
